This class does not include information relating to specific individuals (except where this is obtained as of right under the Land Registration Act 2002 and its associated Rules (see "Open Register" below)), information on specific cases, information provided in confidence, information likely to prejudice the commercial or security interests of any person or of Land Registry, or information subject to legal professional privilege.
Land Registration Legislation Acts and Rules that govern the legal processes involved in land registration in England and Wales
The Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) publishes all UK legislation, including that relating to Land Registration. All primary and secondary legislation enacted during or after 1988 (and some from before that date) is available to download for free from the OPSI website. Paper copies of all legislation are available from the Stationery Office. The cost will depend on the information requested.
