This report sets out the background and explains the reasons for the Land Registry Board’s (the Board) proposal to close the Harrow office. As part of the process a detailed Diversity Impact Assessment was carried out at the Harrow office.

In this report we identify the factors or issues that we consider particularly impact on staff at Harrow office, how Land Registry plans to mitigate against these issues and the steps it has already taken.
