Land Registry governance

Land Registry's good governance, public accountability and strategic and day-to-day management are the responsibility of its two top management boards.

The Land Registry Board (LRB) is responsible for the strategic direction, good governance and overall performance of Land Registry. It is chaired by an independent non-executive chair and includes two non-executive directors who also chair the Pay Committee and the Audit Committee.

The Executive Board (EXB) delivers the annual business plan and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Land Registry.
